Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serving meals according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and speed of preparation.
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Handle cash and operate POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, utensils, and work area.
• Refill ingredients and restock supplies when needed.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and suggest upselling items.

Requirements
