Full Time AV Project - Operations Engineer Jobs, salary up to SGD 4,500 in BYTEBRIDGE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission and troubleshoot AV and video conferencing systems.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms and meeting room AV systems.
• Troubleshoot displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, touch panels and other AV equipment.
• Read AV drawings and schematics, trace signals and perform cable testing.
• Conduct site surveys, site marking and installation checks.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation schedules and subcontractors.
• Track site progress and ensure works are completed according to project requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to AV system issues.
• Provide on-site support for town halls, meetings and corporate events.
• Support system testing, handover and end-user training.
• Escalate programming or complex system issues to the Lead Engineer/internal engineering team.
• Ensure site works comply with safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, AV or related field.
• Experience in AV, video conferencing, system integration or related technical roles.
• Familiar with Microsoft Teams Rooms and/or Zoom Rooms.
• Good understanding of AV signal flow, cabling and connectivity.
• Able to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and cable testing experience.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Able to coordinate site activities, subcontractors and project timelines.
• Familiarity with Q-SYS, Extron, Crestron, Neat, Logitech or Poly is an advantage.
• AV programming experience is not mandatory; training and support will be provided.
