Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design, validate, and support data migration activities, ensuring accurate data collection, transformation, and processing.
Perform data quality assessments and validate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, data discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization.
Conduct data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities to support successful migration outcomes.
Share knowledge, provide guidance, and mentor junior team members on data migration methodologies and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management (SCM) data environment.
Hands-on experience with data migration projects, including ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
Functional experience in SAP MM Data is highly preferred.
Exposure to the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in transformation or ERP implementation projects.
