• 8 hours (A/B) rotating shifts

0700 – 1500hrs
1100 – 1900hrs

Job Description:

Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients professionally
Provide information and assistance to visitors
Handle visitor registration and access arrangements
Manage incoming calls and general enquiries
Assist with directions and concierge-related requests
Coordinate with building management and relevant departments
Maintain a professional and pleasant front-desk environment
