Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain BIM models and CAD drawings for construction and engineering projects.
  • Generate high-quality BIM outputs, including models, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Perform clash detection, model reviews, and coordination activities using BIM software.
  • Analyze project drawings, sketches, mark-ups, and engineering inputs to create accurate digital models.
  • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Develop technical and graphical presentations for tender submissions and project reviews.
  • Review and ensure BIM and CAD deliverables comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and company procedures.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions to maintain accurate and up-to-date project models and documentation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 5+ years of drafting and BIM/CAD-related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM modelling, BIM coordination, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Hands-on experience with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and other BIM applications.
  • Experience producing Shop Drawings, Combined Services Drawings (CSD), and Installation Shop Drawings (ISD) from BIM models is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of clash analysis, construction simulation, and drawing extraction from BIM models.
  • Understanding of civil structures, engineering design, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, or data centre projects.
  • Passion for digital engineering, innovation, and construction technology.
  • Experience providing BIM guidance, training materials, or technical support to project teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
