Summary
Oversee engineering-related documentation, equipment performance monitoring, line yield and alarm analysis, spare parts management, and manufacturing improvement activities. Support Non-Conformance and CAPA activities related to Engineering to maintain equipment reliability, production efficiency, and compliance with standard regulations and company requirement.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and review engineering documents, equipment records, maintenance records, and related technical documentation comply with applicable ISO13485 and company requirements.
- Coordinate Non-Conformance and CAPA processes related to manufacturing.
- Monitor production line yield and equipment performance, identify abnormal trends, and support improvement activities.
- Monitor machine alarms and equipment abnormalities, analyse recurring alarms, and coordinate troubleshooting and corrective actions with the engineering and production teams.
- Manage and monitor spare parts requirements, including spare parts identification, purchasing, stock monitoring, minimum stock levels, and replenishment.
- Collect and analyse equipment data to identify equipment-related losses, downtime, alarms, and yield issues.
- Perform any other engineering-related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering (or any relevant discipline) or Diploma holder with minimum 5 years working experience.
- Year of Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing. Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Capability: Effective communication skills and proficiency in Japanese language.
- Skills: Proficiency in documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia are must, others will be an added advantage.
