Job Functions & Summary: Responsible for leading daily security operations and supervising Security Officers to ensure security procedures, systems and protocols are effectively implemented, maintaining a safe and secure environment for members, guests, staff and visitors.

SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Lead daily security operations and oversee Security Officer deployment.
Ensure compliance through patrols, inspections and operational checks.
Monitor CCTV, access control and alarm systems; report faults.
Respond to security incidents, fire, medical emergencies and accidents.
Conduct shift briefings and coach Security Officers.
Liaise with the outsourced security agency on manpower and performance.
Ensure first aid kits, AEDs and emergency equipment remain serviceable.
Maintain accurate incident reports, security records and shift handovers.
Support Club events, traffic, access and crowd management.
Promote professionalism, teamwork and service excellence.

Requirements & Competencies

Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Motivated, quality-driven and results-oriented.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good organisational and communication skills.
