Job Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day talent and workforce operations across assigned accounts.
• Coordinate recruitment, candidate management and manpower-related activities.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and deployed personnel.
• Liaise with clients, recruitment partners and internal stakeholders on staffing and operational matters.
• Support employee engagement, welfare and workforce-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on staffing and workforce matters.
• Provide administrative and operational support for contracts, documentation and related processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or related disciplines.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR operations, workforce management, staffing or manpower services.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, service-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the government or professional services sector will be an advantage.
