Responsibilities
The Opportunity:
1. One Year Contract Role
2. 5 days work week M- F 8.30am to 5.30pm/9am to 6pm
3. Basic up to $3200 (Depending on experience)
Our client specialises in electronic and electromechanical components such as inductors, capacitors, connectors and EMC components. Singapore's HQ serves as a regional hub supporting customers across ASEAN region. You will be part of their order processing team assisting with the delivery documents and coordination.
The Job:
Process orders and coordinate closely with the internal sales team.
Prepare delivery documents and invoices promptly.
Maintain e-documents and departmental work instructions.
Support customer order confirmations and queries.
Train and support new team members.
The Talent:
Prior experience in Logistics/Supply Chain is advantageous.
Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage tight deadlines
