Full Time HR Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in TRULYYY PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client is an AI-driven software company. They are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Manager to manage the full spectrum of HR while overseeing office administration and day-to-day operations.

Location: MBFC/5 days in Office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off boarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning, recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations including contracts, payroll coordination, leave, benefits, employee records, and HR reporting.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
• Manage performance management, employee relations, engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and manage work pass matters (EP, S Pass, WP, DP).
• Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and external service providers.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, supplies, equipment, access, and workplace operations.
• Support business travel, events, meetings, and ad-hoc operational projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably as an independent HR generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Hands-on experience across recruitment, employee lifecycle, performance management, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience with Singapore work pass applications is highly advantageous.
• Independent, proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
