Responsibilities


We are hiring for an IT Service provider permanent role Data Engineer based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Experience required:

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Big Data platforms/data engineering.
  • Strong hands-on programming experience in Python and Spark.
  • Strong SQL development and data-processing skills.
  • Practical experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes, preferably SKE or AKS.
  • Exposure to MinIO and S3-compatible storage.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Shell scripting.
  • Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
