About the Role

We are seeking a Network L2 Operations Engineer / SME to join a leading organization in Kuala Lumpur. This role is perfect for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in network operations who want to step into an SME capacity.

You will:

• Handle incident escalations, RCA, and SLA/KPI governance
• Support daily operations calls, outage management, and preventive actions
• Drive service improvements, automation initiatives, and compliance readiness
• Collaborate with L1 teams, OEM vendors, and L3 engineers
• Act as a subject matter expert to mentor junior staff

Requirements

• 3–5 years in Network L2 / NOC operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, MikroTik)
• Hands‑on with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, HPSM, JIRA)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA/KPI management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with on‑call support and WFO in Kuala Lumpur
