Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The ID Management Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's identity and Privileged access management system with a specific focus on CyberArk solutions. 

This role ensures that all identity management activities comply with security policies and procedures, safeguarding sensitive data and systems from unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identity and Access Management:

  • Administer and support the Privileged access management, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with organizational policies.

  1. Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for PAM procedures and configurations.

  1. Incident Management:

  • Respond to security incidents and investigations involving identity and access management.

  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve access issues and security breaches.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.

  2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in identity and access management.

  3. Experience in administering IAM systems in an enterprise environment will have advantagous.

  4. Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of PAM principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  1. Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of other PAM tools and technologies.

  • Experience with directory services.

  • Understanding of network security and related technologies.

  1. Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  1. Working Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
