WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• The full HR spectrum — hiring, onboarding, payroll, leave, appraisal, training, employee relations, exit interviews.

• HR reporting that drives decisions — payroll cost, overtime, headcount and turnover analysis for Management.

• Training & development — training needs, HRD Corp levy and claims, and real value from the spend.

• The Employee Handbook, HR policies and SOPs — yours to shape, not just to file.

• Compliance and documentation — Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, statutory requirements and audit readiness.

• General administration and related matters.

• Employee issues and disciplinary matters, handled fairly and by the book.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of hands-on HR & Admin experience.

• Solid grasp of Malaysian labour law.

• Confident with payroll systems and clear on statutory deductions — EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB.

• Hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable making the call.

• Discretion — you’ll know things others don’t.

• Manufacturing & farming background a plus.
