About the role

This internship will provide hands-on experience in product quality evaluation, service performance monitoring, and technical support in the home appliances industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support incoming product inspections and ad-hoc quality checks

• Help update and distribute product/service manuals and technical information to technicians

• Assist in monitoring and recording technician performance (repair skills & lead times)

• Participate in troubleshooting and repair activities under supervisor guidance

• Support in documenting product quality issues and recommending possible solutions

• Provide assistance to the call centre team on customer quality-related inquiries

• Liaise with internal teams (Product, Sales, and QA) to support customer satisfaction initiatives

• Learn and apply basic concepts of home appliances operation and repair skills

• Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor for ongoing projects and initiatives

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field

• Strong interest in product quality management and technical troubleshooting

• Good communication skills with the ability to speak and understand English

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Able to commute to our office at Glenmarie, Shah Alam
