About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead overall warehouse operations and transportation coordination. The role requires strong leadership, disciplined manpower management, and strict inventory control to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive performance improvements across warehouse operations and first mile transportation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and optimize warehouse layout, racking configuration, and space utilization

• Ensure efficient product flow and minimize congestion

• Improve warehouse productivity and operational discipline

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency

• Lead and supervise warehouse supervisors and operational staff with clear accountability

• Enforce discipline, SOP compliance, and performance standards

• Plan manpower allocation effectively based on workload

• Monitor productivity and control overtime

• Develop a performance-driven team culture

• Take full ownership of inventory accuracy and stock integrity

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Minimum 6–8 years of warehouse management experience

• Proven experience in manpower control and team leadership

• Strong background in inventory control and stock accuracy management

• Experience handling transportation coordination and container movement

• Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems

• Experience in electronics or high-value goods environment preferred

• Hands-on leadership style (not desk-bound management)

• Strong discipline and accountability mindset

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capability
