HR Supervisor / Senior HR Executive – Retail Operations

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team and oversee HR operations for approximately 100 retail store employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 3 HR Executives.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, verification and reconciliation.
• Manage recruitment and manpower planning for existing stores and new store openings.
• Work closely with Area Managers on manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and HR enquiries.
• Oversee employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion and resignation processes.
• Monitor headcount, recruitment, turnover, absenteeism and payroll reports.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian employment regulations and company policies.
• Provide HR support and practical solutions to retail operations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Retail or multi-outlet HR experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing is required.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication, employee relations and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
• High attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality.
