Full Time Asst Marketing Manager (Fashion-Lifestyle) Jobs, in Randstad Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Assistant Marketing Manager SGMY (Fashion/Lifestyle) to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for a growing fashion and lifestyle retail business. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, marketing strategy and objectives, with the aim to nurture an effective brand image that translate to tangible returns and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including brand launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and retail activations.
• Plan and manage marketing calendars to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.
• Collaborate closely with Marcom, Brand Creative, and Store Visual Merchandise teams to ensure alignment in branding and marketing initiatives message, and communications on campaigns and products information.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer trends, market activities, and competitor movements, and provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign spending, and external vendors to ensure effective utilisation of resources.
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations, including campaign results, ROI, key insights, and upcoming initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail, or consumer brands.
• Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
• Commercially minded, creative, and highly organised, with strong communication and presentation skills.
