Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Migration Specialist to support customer migration and onboarding activities for a leading global financial institution. The role involves coordinating client migrations, managing stakeholder communication, validating documentation, and ensuring a seamless transition to new banking platforms and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client migration activities to ensure smooth transitions to new banking platforms
• Act as the primary client liaison, managing communication throughout the migration process to maintain client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet migration milestones on schedule and resolve operational challenges
• Validate client documentation, account information, and onboarding requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Track migration progress and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders for transparency and issue mitigation
• Address and resolve client queries promptly, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
• Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements throughout the migration lifecycle
• Support post-migration activities to facilitate successful client adoption and operational stability

Required competencies and certifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Client Operations
• Strong communication skills demonstrated by effective client and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in client onboarding, account servicing, or banking operations ensuring accurate and compliant processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills applied to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with banking migration or transformation projects to support complex change initiatives
• Knowledge of commercial banking, treasury services, or payment operations to enhance migration understanding
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating projects to drive timely delivery
