Duties:

- Provides quality dispensing service and pharmaceutical care

- Provides Outpatient Pharmacy Services (e.g. medication review service-MRS, anticoagulation service- ACS) to patients

- Provides drug counseling to patients and drug information to healthcare professionals and handles queries from the public

Location: Islandwide

Working hours:

Mon-Fri with Alt Sats (5.5 days/ 3 days/ 4 days/ 5 days a week ) FLEXIBLE

8am to 5pm / 830am to 530pm (Mon to Fri), 8am to 12pm / 830am to 1230pm (Sat)

Requirements:

- Min Dip/ Deg in Pharm Sci or any relevant qualifications

- Min 1 to 2 years of pharmacist experience
