Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workshop activities, including fabrication, maintenance, repairs, and equipment assembly.
• Manage and supervise workshop staff,assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain workshop equipment, tools,and inventory, ensuring proper usage and storage.
• Plan and schedule maintenance and production activities to meet project or operational timelines.
• Inspect and verify completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Liaise with project teams, site staff, and suppliers regarding workshop requirements.
• Identify workshop needs, including equipment, tools, and materials, and coordinate procurement.
• Prepare reports on workshop operations, maintenance, and performance.
• Implement and maintain continuous improvement practices to enhance workshop efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Technical Certificate, or relevant vocational qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in workshop supervision or technical operations.
• Knowledge of workshop machinery,tools, and fabrication/maintenance processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational,and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
