We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Intern to support our online retail operations. The primary focus of this role is to assist with comprehensive product listings, ensuring that our online catalogs are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced IT retail and e-commerce industry.

Product Listing & Catalog Management (Primary Focus)

• Upload and manage new product listings across various e-commerce platforms and internal websites.

• Input accurate technical specifications, product dimensions, features, and warranties for IT hardware, laptops, and electronic accessories.

• Format and upload high-quality product images, ensuring they meet platform guidelines.

• Organize products into appropriate categories to ensure a seamless browsing experience for customers.

Content & Accuracy

• Write clear, concise, and appealing product titles and descriptions.

• Conduct regular audits of existing online listings to check for pricing accuracy, out-of-stock items, and outdated promotional materials.

• Assist in cross-checking online inventory data with internal ERP/stock management systems.

Operational Support

• Assist the e-commerce team in setting up online promotions, voucher codes, and campaign banners (e.g., during mega sales or roadshow tie-ins).

• Monitor competitor product listings and pricing strategies to help optimize our online positioning.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling complex technical specifications and product variations.

• Familiarity with or keen interest in IT gadgets, computer hardware, and consumer electronics.

• Basic understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) or web platforms (e.g., WordPress/WooCommerce).

• Good written communication skills with a flair for copywriting.
