TOTALMEN (M) SDN. BHD. is a fast-growing Malaysian health & supplement brand selling across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta & Google Ads — in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei & Thailand. We're an e-commerce team that moves fast, and we want an intern who's ready to learn real stuff (not just make coffee).

What You'll Actually Do

• Help track invoices, receipts & basic financial records

• Update data in spreadsheets / accounting system

• Reconcile e-commerce sales (TikTok Shop / Shopee) with our records

• Support general admin & daily office ops

You'll Fit If You

• Are studying Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or similar

• Know your way around Excel / Google Sheets

• Are detail-oriented and reliable

• Can work on-site in Kota Bharu for your internship period

Bonus Points

• Any exposure to accounting software (AutoCount, Xero, SQL)

• Familiar with Shopee / TikTok Shop seller centre

The Details

• Allowance: RM400/month

• Duration: Flexible — based on your uni/college requirement

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday–Thursday (Friday off)

• Location: Jalan Hospital, Taman Kenangan, 15200 Kota Bharu, Kelantan (on-site)
