• Position : Service Manager (Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Maintenance)
• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)    
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm 
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Monthly Salary Up to S$5,500 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leave + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300  
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the service team in installation, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Manage daily service operations, manpower scheduling and technical support.
• Monitor service jobs and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance to technicians and field teams.
• Handle customer service matters and technical escalations.
• Manage service-related spare parts and inventory requirements.
• Coach and develop service team members.
• Coordinate with Sales and Project teams on technical and service requirements.
• Support maintenance contracts and ensure service commitments are met.

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant technical service or maintenance experience.
• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment is preferred; candidates from commercial refrigeration, foodservice equipment or related electrical/mechanical servicing may also be considered.
• Prior experience leading technicians / field service teams and handling maintenance contracts or service operations is advantageous.
• Able to travel to customer sites; Class 3 driving licence and own transport would be advantageous.
