What you will do:

• Document management: Filing, copying, scanning, and organizing physical and electronic documents.
• Communication support: Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, responding to emails, managing reception area.
• Data entry: Entering data into spreadsheets and databases.
• Correspondence preparation: Drafting letters, emails, and other communications.
• Office administration: Managing office supplies, maintaining equipment, and handling basic maintenance tasks.
• Project assistance: Supporting on various projects by gathering information, compiling reports, and completing administrative tasks.

Who we are looking for:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Event Management/Psychology in related fields
• Minimum internship period of 12 weeks (Preferably students who are looking for an internship starting immediately)
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Able and willing to travel to work
