• Lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and

cybersecurity operations.

• Ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems and services.
• Drive the ERP migration from SAP ECC to Oracle NetSuite, including planning, integration, testing, development

and user adoption.

• Champion digital transformation initiatives by leveraging cloud, automation, AI, and data analytics technologies

to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

• Develop and execute the IT roadmap to align technology investments with business objectives and future

growth.

• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and strategic technology partners.
• Establish and maintain robust IT governance, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity

frameworks.

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and

enterprise systems.

• Proven experience delivering ERP implementation or migration projects, preferably involving SAP ECC

and Oracle NetSuite.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, data analytics, low-code platforms, and

modern cloud architecture.

• Strong project management, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• Oracle NetSuite experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments will be an advantage.
• 5 days work week.
