Full Time Event Producer - Event Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in Oneness M&C Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and translate briefs into event concepts and proposals
• Prepare event proposals, presentations, quotations, and production plans
• Coordinate event production elements including AV, lighting, LED walls, staging, and technical requirements
• Work closely with creative, production teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution
• Assist in planning event timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Manage multiple projects from concept development to event completion
• Support client communication and ensure project requirements are delivered effectively
• Conduct site visits and provide support during event setup and execution

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in event management, event production, MICE, or related industries
• Experience in preparing event proposals, presentation decks, and event concepts
• Good understanding of event production processes, including AV, lighting, LED screens, staging, and technical requirements
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
