Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the full life-cycle of construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost and quality requirements
Establish and maintain a conducive site environment with methodology which complies with the safety, environmental, welfare and security provision.
Execute, monitor and Control the site progress to see that the task are executed as planned.
Resolve site construction issues related to temporary or permanent work.
Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost and quality requirements
Study tender and construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand and implement project requirements
Monitor site progress against targets and liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to resolve technical issues.
Qualification
Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Prior experience in the Singapore Construction industry is a big advantage
