WORKING HOURS
6 Days | Rotating Duty Roster
️ WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome and assist passengers with a warm, professional manner
Support check-in and departure procedures
Handle passenger enquiries and requests
Assist with premium airport lounge services
Perform meet-and-greet duties at reception
Process basic transactions using computer systems
Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth passenger journey
