Full Time QS CUM PROJECT CONTROLLER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Uni10 Energy Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts, tenders, and procurement processes.
• Measure and value construction work, including progress claims and variation orders.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost control and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assess financial and contractual risks.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, final accounts, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, standards, and contract requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and procurement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and QS-related software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
