About the role

Join Pacific Trustees, one of Malaysia's licensed trust companies with over 31 years of experience, in the Private Wealth Division. This is an entry-level Executive role where you will gain hands-on experience in trust administration, client servicing, and compliance within the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of wills, trusts, and foundations

• Support onboarding, inquiries, and reporting for clients

• Conduct KYC and due diligence; maintain accurate records

• Help implement digital tools and ensure efficiency

• Handle standard administrative tasks including document preparation, account opening, and record updates

• Prepare simple client statements and reports

• Manage assigned operational tasks independently with supervision

• Support client requests including reporting and transaction updates

About you

• Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or related field

• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years' experience in finance, banking, or trust administration

• Detail-oriented, organized, and discreet with confidential matters

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
