Construction Manager – Warehouse Construction
Project Location: Tuas, Singapore
Contract Duration: Approx. 7 Months (August 2026 – January 2027)
Start Date: ASAP
Our client, a leading multinational FMCG organisation known for its fast-paced, safety-first, and operationally focused environment, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the delivery of a warehouse construction project in Tuas, Singapore.
This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who can effectively manage contractors, maintain high HSE standards, and ensure successful project execution from site mobilisation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide full-time onsite construction management support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the construction of a new warehouse facility (approximately 700m² with 1,100 pallet positions), including building works and racking installation.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure work is delivered in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Track project schedules and support high-level cost control activities.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between the client team and contractor organisations.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues to maintain project progress and minimise risks.
• Support project reporting and stakeholder communications. Candidate Requirements
• Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager on industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or FMCG facility projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles, contractor supervision, HSE compliance, quality assurance, and project scheduling.
• Experience managing site activities in an active operational environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working full-time onsite throughout the duration of the assignment.
