Job Summary

Srri Easwari Mills Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory control and ensure all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, safely and according to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse.

Plan and assign duties to warehouse staff based on operational requirements.

Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of goods.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked and documented.

Ensure all orders are delivered within 24-48hours window.

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movement.

Conduct regular stock checks and assist in monthly or periodic stock takes.

Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages or missing items.

Ensure customer orders and delivery items are prepared accurately and on time.

Coordinate closely with the logistics, production, sales and other relevant departments.

Monitor warehouse staff attendance, productivity and work performance.

Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping, stock arrangement and space utilisation.

Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times.

Identify areas for operational improvement and report issues to management.

Prepare warehouse reports and operational updates when required.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory operations.

Previous supervisory or team-leading experience will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and inventory management.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computerised inventory systems is preferred.

Able to work under pressure and manage daily operational priorities.

Responsible, disciplined, organised and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently and lead a warehouse team effectively.
