Key Responsibilities
Lead daily café operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
Be hands-on during service periods to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
Drive sales, profitability, labor productivity and operating cost performance
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and service
Manage manpower planning, scheduling and team productivity
Operate and understand fully automatic coffee machines and grinders, including basic troubleshooting and calibration
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
Coach and develop the café team, building a positive and high-performing work culture
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements 3 years of experience in café, coffeehouse or F&B operations
Strong leadership, communication and team management skills
Good understanding of café operations and commercial performance
Basic knowledge of coffee machines, grinders and equipment troubleshooting
Positive, energetic and hands-on approach
Barista skills and latte art are not required as the café operates fully automatic coffee equipment
