Full Time Senior Sous Chef (Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad-KL) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Kaw Kaw Malaya Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

1. Kitchen Operations

• Oversee daily kitchen operations
• Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between stations
• Maintain fast and consistent food production

2. Food Quality & Consistency

• Ensure all food meets brand standards & SOP
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
• Conduct daily quality check

3. Speed of Service

• Ensure food is served within target timing
• Identify and solve bottlenecks in kitchen flow

4. Cost Control

• Manage food cost within target
• Control wastage, stock usage, and portioning
• Monitor daily inventory & ordering

5. Team Management

• Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff
• Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
• Manage staff scheduling and productivity

6. Hygiene & Safety

• Ensure kitchen complies with Halal & hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum 3–5 years kitchen experience (preferably in F&B chain)
• Experience managing a kitchen team
• Strong understanding of: Food cost control, Kitchen SOP & Fast-paced service operations
• Able to lead by example and work hands-on
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to stand for long hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
