Conduct professional pre-move surveys in clients' homes, understanding their requirements, concerns and expectations.
Build strong rapport and establish confidence in Classic Moving's service and expertise.
Provide professional advice and recommend appropriate moving, packing, storage, insurance and related services.
Manage qualified opportunities from initial survey through proposal, follow-up, negotiation and close.
Proactively follow up opportunities and overcome objections to maximise conversion.
Achieve agreed revenue, gross margin and conversion targets.
Maintain strong pricing discipline while maximising profitable revenue from each opportunity.
Identify opportunities for additional services and revenue.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Ensure a professional and comprehensive handover of confirmed business to Move Coordination and Operations.
Work closely with Marketing and Group Business Development to provide feedback on lead quality and client requirements.
The Person
We are looking for a proven consultative salesperson and strong closer, ideally with experience selling high-value services directly to consumers.
The successful candidate will be:
Exceptional at face-to-face client engagement and building rapport.
Confident and professional when meeting clients in their homes.
A strong listener who can identify needs and tailor solutions.
Commercially astute and comfortable discussing price, value and negotiation.
Persistent and disciplined in following up opportunities.
Target driven, competitive and motivated by winning business.
Highly organised and accountable for their own pipeline and results.
Professional in presentation and communication.
Moving industry experience in surveying and customer facing sales is essential.
