Full Time Quantity Surveying Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,000 in RAPID SCAFFOLDING ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Lead and manage the quantity surveying and commercial functions for construction and scaffolding projects.

Prepare, review and evaluate tenders, quotations, bills of quantities and contract documents.

Manage project budgets, cost estimates, cost control and commercial reporting.

Monitor project expenditure, contract values, variations and overall cost performance.

Prepare, evaluate and negotiate progress claims, variation orders and contractual claims.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or commercial management within the construction industry.

Candidates with experience in scaffolding, formwork or other specialised construction works will have an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, cost control, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
