You will coordinate studio operations and support sales activities, ensuring smooth customer interactions and maintaining a clean, organized environment in a flexible part-time role at a yoga studio in Raffles Place CBD.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable manner to enhance their experience
Manage follow-ups proactively to ensure customer inquiries and sales leads are addressed promptly
Use online systems efficiently to organize schedules and studio operations
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members to support sales and service activities
Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in the studio environment to uphold high standards
Support simple sales transactions and customer service tasks to facilitate smooth operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience with Mindbody software to manage bookings and client information
Background in fitness, wellness, or customer service to better understand client needs and studio operations
