Project Coodinator | 5.5 days | Up to SGD4,500 | Bukit Batok, SG

Position: Project Coordinator
Company Background: Construction company
Salary: SGD3,000 – SGD4,500
Working location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Working day and time: Mon – Fri 8.30-5.30pm., Sat 8:30am – 1pm

Job Description

Organize and maintain essential project documents, including contracts, permits, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders.
Update project timelines, monitor milestones, and alert the Project Manager to potential bottlenecks. Facilitate clear communication between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to prevent delays.
Coordinate all physical works
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, transcribe meeting minutes, and track action items.
Assist in gathering warranty manuals, as-built drawings, and final documentation upon project completion.

Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma in relevant field
Minimum 2 years experiences in Project Coordinator or Project Engineer role
To be able to work as a team, communication is critical
Basic AutoCAD skill (2D model)
Microsoft office
PDF, Adobe
Able to learn and read construction drawings
Plan, keep track and follow up on project progression
Liaison between architect, consultant, engineers and sub-contractors
Site supervision on works and safety
Able to work overtime whenever required

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
