About IBHSKIN
IBHSKIN is a Singapore skincare clinic founded in 2012, with two outlets in Ang Mo Kio and Tiong Bahru. We're best known for our underarm whitening treatments, and we also offer hair removal and facial therapy. Many of our clients come to us about concerns they feel self-conscious about, so every visit should feel comfortable, private and professional.
The Internship
You'll work alongside our front desk team and learn how a skincare clinic runs day to day, from client care and bookings to phone calls with new leads. This is a hands-on role, so you'll be talking to real clients from your first week, with support from the team.

We’re currently expanding our team and looking for ambitious individuals who are excited to grow alongside the company. At IBHSKIN, you’ll gain hands-on experience, take ownership of meaningful projects, and contribute directly to the growth of a fast-moving local brand.

The Internship

What You'll Do
- Greet clients, check them in and help keep the reception area welcoming
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages and Instagram DMs, and help schedule appointments
- Call people who signed up for our promotions but haven't booked yet, and help them find a suitable time
- Send appointment reminders and help follow up on no-shows
- Update client records and booking notes accurately
- Help with payments and receipts under supervision
- Pass feedback or complaints to the full-time team or management
- Help with stock checks, opening and closing, and ad-hoc admin tasks
- Current Poly, ITE or university student in any field (business, hospitality, beauty or communications is a plus)
- No prior experience needed. Full training is provided.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking to people in person and on the phone
- Responsible, punctual and quick to learn
- An interest in skincare or the beauty industry is a bonus
- Real experience in customer service, client communication and clinic operations
- Training on our treatments and how a clinic runs
- A testimonial when you finish, and the chance to be considered for a full-time role
- 5 days a week, with 2 off days a week (specific days to be discussed at the interview)
- Outlet opening hours: Weekdays 10:30am to 8:30pm, Weekends 9:00am to 7:30pm
- Internship period can be arranged around your school's requirements
