Full Time Plant Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 25,000 in Executive Compass Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations including production, safety, quality, P&L, retention and compliance.
• Driving production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, managing workforce performance, and maintaining safety and compliance within the plant.
• Ensuring operational excellence, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement to meet plant objectives and goals.
• Providing technical leadership in the manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Manage activities of several departments/sections including production operations, safety, planning and scheduling, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and facility and equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• At least 8 years as plant leadership experience in CNC precision machining and/or metal finishing.
• Hands-on knowledge of electropolishing, passivation, and anodizing processes.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, lean principles, and quality standards eg ISO, Six Sigma and others
• Strong knowledge of process validation, FMEA, and SPC
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
