Accounts / Finance Executive

Job Description

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L and balance sheet
• Maintain accurate accounting and financial records
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Process invoices, receipts and expense claims
• Monitor company income and expenses
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
• Prepare supporting documents for audit and tax purposes
• Liaise with external bookkeepers, auditors and other relevant parties
• Assist with other accounting and finance matters as required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Singaporeans / PRs / valid work pass holders

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
