Company Introduction

Our client is an established company in Singapore’s marine industry, providing specialized services to support vessel operations, maintenance and repair. The company works with customers to meet their operational needs and is looking for an Accounts Executive to support its finance team.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring entries are accurate and updated promptly.
• Prepare customer invoices, match incoming payments and follow up on outstanding collections.
• Record payments in the accounting system and perform e-banking transactions.
• Prepare AR ageing reports.
• Handle intercompany billing and reconciliations.
• Assist with GST returns and the year-end audit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Certificate in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ABSS accounting software.
• Meticulous, with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
