Marketing & Community Lead — Motorcycles and EV Mobility

Salary: S$3,500–4,500 per month, depending on experience

Mah Group is looking for a hands-on marketing and community lead for our motorcycle and electric mobility brands, including Mah, Kawasaki, ZXMOTO and Moto Morini.

You will manage our social media, create and edit video, host live streams, and bring riders together through regular gatherings and larger brand events. We’re looking for someone who can turn a new bike launch or a weekend ride into engaging content and a well-run experience.

What you’ll do

• Plan and manage separate social media calendars and campaigns for our brands.

• Film, edit and publish reels, short videos, photos, stories and posts.

• Plan and run live streams for product launches, bike introductions, promotions and events. Prepare the run of show, equipment and guests; present or co-host confidently on camera; and handle audience questions with support from the product team.

• Organise and lead motorcycle gatherings, including meet-ups, group rides, showroom events and owner activities. Coordinate venues, routes where relevant, registrations, communications and on-the-day execution.

• Build relationships with riders, motorcycle communities, creators and brand partners.

• Work with the sales team to promote new models and campaigns while keeping each brand’s voice distinct.

• Coordinate suppliers and external production support for larger events.

• Monitor social engagement, event participation and campaign results, and recommend improvements.

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, events or community marketing.

• Examples of live streams you have planned, produced, presented or hosted. Please explain your specific role.

• Proven experience organising community gatherings or events and managing them on the day.

• Strong filming, short-form video editing and written communication skills.

• Confidence speaking with riders, guests and partners, both on camera and in person.

• Genuine interest in motorcycles and rider culture. A motorcycle licence is strongly preferred.

• Availability for occasional evening and weekend events, with time off arranged accordingly.
