Full Time IT Infrastructure Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in XCELLINK PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, network services, end-user computing, and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate is a technical all-rounder who can manage daily operations while driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, SSO, and MFA.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Administer Wintel servers, VMware/Hyper-V platforms, and server room infrastructure.
• Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and network monitoring solutions.
• Implement cybersecurity controls including endpoint security, IPS, ZTNA, and DLP.
• Ensure compliance with WoG, IM8, ISO 27001, and internal security standards.
• Manage vendors, support procurement activities, and participate in infrastructure projects.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or enterprise support.
• Hands-on experience with Wintel infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and EUC environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V, and enterprise networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• CCNA / CCNP / Network+
• Microsoft Certifications
• VMware Certifications
• PMP (advantageous)
• Public sector or WoG/IM8 experience is a plus.
