Full Time Training - Quality Assurance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in SIMILE SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a Training & Quality Assurance Executive to develop and conduct training programs while ensuring consistent operational, food safety, quality, and SOP compliance across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and conduct training for Managers, Supervisors and Outlet Crew.
• Conduct new joiner training and ensure training programs are properly implemented.
• Develop and maintain SOP, Operations and Training Manuals.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections, quality audits and compliance checks.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, product quality and operational standards.
• Identify non-compliance and work with Operations to implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with R&D and Marketing on new products, menus and promotions to ensure proper SOP, training and quality implementation.
• Prepare operational memos, audit reports and follow-up actions.
• Conduct two-way learning sessions and provide coaching and support to outlet teams.
• Recommend improvements to training, quality and operational processes.
• Support Operations and outlets when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B Training, QA or Operations.
• Diploma/Degree in a relevant field. Food Technology/Food Science is an advantage.
• HACCP, Halal and Food Handler Trainer certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, quality control and SOPs.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate confidently in multiple languages.
• Own transport and willing to travel frequently between outlets.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Energetic, outgoing, team-oriented and willing to learn.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
