Responsibilities
Warehouse Supervisor /5.25 days / Up to $3,000 @Tuas
Supervise & lead department to achieve customer’s satisfaction level.
Liaise with clients for resolving operational issues.
Provide guidance to staffs' familiarisation in achieving warehouse operations target.
Ensure KPI are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
Planning of manpower, with cost implications to meet customer’s order demand.
Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the Team.
Monitoring employee performance and addressing performance issues.
Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
Implementing process improvements to streamline operations.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Reporting on warehouse performance and identifying areas for improvement.
