What You’ll Do

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and administration accurately within the required timeline and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with leaders or relevant stakeholders regarding attendance, OT, leave records and payroll-related matters.
  • Maintain proper filing of payroll documentation, ensuring employee records and the HR database are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company requirements.
  • Prepare payroll related reports, reconcile payroll data, and support audits or statutory submissions as required.
  • Assist with other HR related administrative and payroll-related duties as assigned by Management.


Key Criteria

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll or HRIS administration.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with payroll software such as HR2000 is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


Work setup:

  • Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM MYT. Fully on-site for the first 3 months, followed by a hybrid arrangement (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH).
