Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT security, vulnerability remediation, and patch management for end-user devices.
• Support Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Copilot environments.
• Analyze helpdesk tickets and device metrics to identify recurring issues and drive improvements.
• Enhance AI-driven helpdesk workflows and automation.
• Provide end-user IT support, including VIP user support.
• Develop and maintain IT SOPs and user documentation.
• Support IT infrastructure improvement initiatives, including office network and server environment upgrades.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, End-User Computing, or Digital Workplace environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of IT security, patch management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting VIP users is an advantage.
