Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using
React.js
.
Develop scalable and secure backend services and REST APIs using
Python
.
Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
Build reusable and maintainable React components and front-end modules.
Develop backend business logic, APIs, integrations, and database services using Python.
Integrate React applications with Python-based REST APIs and third-party services.
Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
Develop unit and integration tests and ensure adequate test coverage.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture/design sessions.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions to complex engineering problems.
Ensure applications meet security, scalability, performance, and reliability requirements.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend
Strong hands-on experience with
React.js
JavaScript / TypeScript
HTML5, CSS3
React Hooks, Redux or similar state-management frameworks
Responsive web application development
REST API integration
Experience with modern frontend build tools such as npm/Webpack
Backend
Strong experience with
Python
Experience with frameworks such as
FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Strong understanding of RESTful API development
Experience with API authentication and authorization
Good understanding of asynchronous programming and backend architecture
Database
Experience with relational databases such as
PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
Good understanding of SQL, database design, and query optimization
Exposure to NoSQL databases is an advantage
DevOps / Cloud – Good to Have
Docker and Kubernetes
CI/CD pipelines
Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with cloud-based application deployment and monitoring
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
5–8 years of relevant software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in both
React.js and Python
.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a distributed team.
Preferred Skills
Experience building
microservices and cloud-native applications
.
Knowledge of
CI/CD and DevOps practices
.
Experience with automated testing frameworks.
Exposure to application security principles such as OAuth2/JWT.
Experience working in enterprise-scale applications.
Prior experience in
financial services, healthcare, retail, logistics, or other regulated industries
would be an advantage.
